The primary objective of the research is evaluate the activities of some non-profit organizations which aim to spread the Culture of Total Quality and Quality Management Systems. in order to Determine the “best in class” organization
- Creating and updating an archive of non-profit organizations whose aim is to spread the Culture of Total Quality and Quality Management Systems.
- Creating and updating an Archive with information on the current state of management methods used by these organizations
- Analyzing the documentation collected through an analysis document that correlates their organizational methods to the Points of the ISO 9001 Standard.
